Due to the nature of our handmade and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or there was an error in your order.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at edithpresmy3@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
